NoteBloom is designed for learners age 13+ and stores only what is needed to turn private source notes into personal study material.
Identity
Sign in with ChatGPT provides a stable account identifier, email address, and an optional display name. NoteBloom uses these only to identify your account and show your profile.
Uploads and AI processing
Source images are private, validated before processing, and sent server-side to OpenAI only when live processing is configured. Writing inside an image is treated as untrusted source material—not as instructions. Note contents and secret values are not placed in operational logs.
Storage and deletion
Structured notes, classes, decks, and study progress are stored in a private database. Source files are stored privately and served only after an ownership check. You may delete individual originals or all account data, and may choose automatic source-file deletion after a note is created.
